Privacy Policy
Last updated 16 September 2026
This policy explains how UltraClub Global Pte. Ltd. (“UltraClub”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and discloses personal data through the UltraClub mobile application. We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
Information we collect
- Details you give us. Your name, email address and, if you choose to provide it, your phone number — submitted when you request an invitation, enquire about a membership tier or register interest in an experience.
- Profile information. A display name and, optionally, a profile photo. If you choose to add a photo, the app asks permission to use your camera or photo library. Photos are used only for your profile.
- Device and notification data. If you allow notifications, we store a push notification token so we can tell you about upcoming experiences and membership updates.
- Usage information. Basic technical information such as device type and app version, used to diagnose faults and improve the app.
What we do not collect
The app does not take payments and does not collect card numbers, bank details or other payment information. Membership arrangements are completed by our team outside the app.
How we use your information
- To respond to membership and experience enquiries, and to administer your membership
- To confirm and manage your attendance at experiences
- To send notifications about experiences, privileges and club news
- To personalise the experiences and partner brands shown to you
- To maintain, secure and improve the app
Who we share it with
- Participating partners. Where an experience is hosted with a partner brand, we share only what that partner needs to host you — typically your name and any dietary or access requirements you have told us about.
- Service providers. We use third parties to host the app and its content and to deliver notifications. They process data on our instructions and may store it outside Singapore.
- Legal requirements. Where we are required to disclose data by law or regulation.
We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep personal data for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or for as long as we are required to keep it by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or render it anonymous.
Your rights
You may ask us to access or correct your personal data, withdraw your consent to a use of it, or delete your account and the data associated with it. Requests can be sent to the contact below and are answered within 30 days. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide parts of the service.
Deleting your account
To delete your UltraClub account and associated personal data, email nelson.lee@theadvocators.co with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will confirm once it is done.
Security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
UltraClub is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be notified in the app.
